Deep Plane Facelift by Dr. Mustoe Before & After Case 841

A 48-year-old woman with loss of neck definition and early aging changes of the jawline. We did a deep plane facelift (mini lift/neck lift) under oral sedation in the office, including liposuction to her neck and a deep plane approach to tightening the superficial muscle (platysma). There was no submental incision and no drains, and she was able to return to her professional life in less than 10 days. There was essentially no bruising and minimal swelling.
